Quietly and exclusively situated, the dreamlike Tawila Island in the Red Sea welcomes guests north of Hurghada and not far from the popular holiday resort of El Gouna. Since the resort is located on an island, it can only be reached by boat transfer. The distance from the port (El Gouna) to Hurghada Airport is approximately 40 km.

The Beach Bungalows (2BB) have a size of approx. 60 m² and offer a king-size bed with Egyptian bed linen, dressing room, safe, seating area with TV, bathroom with bathtub and shower, bathrobe/slippers, hairdryer, a tea and coffee maker, vanity table, and minibar (for a fee). In addition, the bungalows feature panoramic windows, a private terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor rain shower, and are located directly on the beach.

Water Bungalow

The Water Bungalows (WB2) are located directly above the water and have a size of approx. 60 m². In addition to absolute privacy and a breathtaking view of the sea, they impress with features such as a king-size bed with Egyptian bed linen, panoramic windows, seating area with TV, minibar (for a fee), bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, safe, coffee and tea maker, and a vanity table. The rooms also have a terrace with sun loungers.

Water Bungalow Suite

The Water Bungalow Suites (WR2) have the same features as the standard Water Bungalows, but are slightly larger at approx. 80 m². They also have their own jacuzzi on the terrace.

The resort is accessible exclusively by boat. The boat jetty is located in El Gouna (Abydos Marina), about 40 km from Hurghada International Airport.

Important: When booking a package tour, the private transfer is already included. If you arrive in the destination area (HRG) after 1:30 PM and depart from the destination area before 2:00 PM, an overnight stay in Hurghada must be booked in advance, as the planned transfer cannot be met due to the late arrival.

For "Hotel Only" bookings, the private transfer is not included. Guests can alternatively use a free public boat transfer. Departure from El Gouna is daily at 11:00 AM, the return trip from the resort to El Gouna is at 1:30 PM. The transfer time is about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on weather and sea conditions. Schedule changes are subject to change.
In addition, a private boat transfer can be booked for a fee. The departure times can be planned individually. A service window from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM applies to the private boat service. The first possible departure is at 9:00 AM, the last at 4:00 PM.
