Location

The Sultan Bey is located directly on one of the many lagoons of El Gouna on a peninsula. The downtown area, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping facilities, are located approx. 300 m away. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, a holiday atmosphere is immediate. The beautiful public sandy beach "Zeytouna Beach" (bathing shoes recommended) is located on the opposite island, Zeytouna, and can be reached via a complimentary shuttle boat. A 400 m long swimming jetty, the "Zeytouna Pier", facilitates access to deeper water here. On "Zeytouna Island", the à-la-carte restaurant and sports facilities can be used for a fee. The resort is located approx. 25 km north of Hurghada. Hurghada Airport is approx. 40 km away.

The small and cozy hotel complex is built in a classic Egyptian style. The hotel delights guests with beautiful inner courtyards as well as 115 elegantly furnished rooms distributed across the main building and several annexes. The hotel features an inviting lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. The main restaurant provides for your culinary well-being and features a beautiful outdoor terrace with views over the lagoon. In the well-maintained grounds, there is a swimming pool (heatable) with an integrated children's pool, as well as sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and pads are included at the pool and at "Zeytouna Beach".

Double Room Premium Garden View

The tastefully furnished Premium double rooms (P2D) are equipped with air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), shower/WC with hairdryer, balcony or terrace, and garden view.
Also available for single use (P1D).

The Premium Lagoon View double rooms (L2Z) feature the same amenities as the double rooms and additionally offer a view of the pool or the lagoon.
The rooms can be booked from winter 2025/26.

Breakfast from 7:00 am – 10:00 am, lunch from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, dinner from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm.
"Teatime" with tea, coffee, and cake from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the currently open bar from 10:00 am – 12:00 am (partially self-service).
Snacks from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm at the pool bar.
Only soft drinks are included at the beach bar.
Lunch is offered at the "Zeytouna Beach Bar" as a set menu (choice of burgers, pasta, pizza) with soft drinks.

Dine Around El Gouna

The Dine-Around program offers guests with half-board, full-board, or all-inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants at other hotels – at no additional cost for the food (beverages excluded).
Depending on the length of stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer several times: once for four nights, up to 3 times for five to seven nights, and up to 4 times for eight or more nights. Guests of 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from 3 or 4-star hotels can dine in establishments of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.
A table reservation via the hotel (ideally by 12:00 pm on the same day) is recommended.
