Location

The Sultan Bey is located directly on one of El Gouna's many lagoons on a peninsula. Downtown, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, are about 300 m away. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, you'll immediately feel the holiday spirit. On the opposite island of Zeytouna, you'll find the beautiful public sandy beach "Zeytouna Beach" (swimming shoes recommended), which you can reach with the free shuttle boat. A 400 m long bathing jetty, the "Zeytouna Pier," facilitates access to deeper water. On "Zeytouna Island," you can use the à la carte restaurant and sports facilities for a fee. The resort is located about 25 km north of Hurghada. Hurghada Airport is about 40 km away.

The small and cozy hotel complex is built in a classic Egyptian style. The hotel impresses with beautiful courtyards as well as 115 elegantly furnished rooms spread across the main building and several outbuildings. The hotel has an inviting lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. The main restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the lagoon caters to your culinary needs. The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool (heated) with an integrated children's pool, as well as sun terraces and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and cushions are included by the pool and at "Zeytouna Beach."

The double rooms with pool or lagoon view (DA) have the same amenities as the double rooms, with the added benefit of pool or lagoon views.
Also bookable for single use (DEA).

Premium double room with garden view

The tastefully furnished Premium double rooms (P2D) are equipped with air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), shower/toilet with hairdryer, balcony or terrace, and garden view.
Also bookable for single occupancy (P1D).
The rooms are bookable from Winter 2025/26.

Premium double room with lagoon view

The Premium double rooms with lagoon view (L2Z) offer the same amenities as the double rooms, with the added benefit of pool or lagoon views.

Breakfast from 7-10 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, dinner from 6:30-9 pm.
"Tea time" with tea, coffee, and cake from 4:30-5:30 pm. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the open bar from 10 am to midnight (partially self-service).
Snacks from 12-4:30 pm at the pool bar.
Only soft drinks are included at the beach bar.
Lunch is served at the "Zeytouna Beach Bar" as a set menu (choice of burgers, pasta, pizza) with soft drinks.

Dine Around El Gouna

The Dine-Around program offers guests with half board, full board, or All-Inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine at participating restaurants in other hotels – at no extra cost for the food (drinks excluded).
Depending on the length of stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer multiple times: 1x for stays of four nights or more, up to 3x for five to seven nights, and up to 4x for eight nights or more. Guests from 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from a 3 or 4-star hotel can dine at hotels of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.
Table reservations through the hotel (ideally by 12 pm on the same day) are recommended.
