The hotel consists of two impressive buildings: the historic Cadillac building with 14 floors and the modern Ocean Tower with 12 floors, which together house 352 stylishly furnished rooms. The original Cadillac Hotel was built in 1940 and exudes the charm of yesteryear while offering modern comfort. Facilities include a welcoming reception with a lobby bar and lounge, the elegant "Donna Mare" restaurant serving Italian cuisine, as well as a café and a Deli Market Place. The outdoor area features a refreshing swimming pool, an inviting whirlpool, and a pool bar. You can also enjoy refreshments at the Oceanfront Surfside Tiki Bar on the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The rooms offer a harmonious combination of comfort and functionality over approx. 29 m². Equipped with a king-size bed, they feature a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, telephone, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, and a coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, alarm clock, and free Wi-Fi.
