The resort was built together with the neighboring hotel Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino on a 320,000 m² plot of land amidst coconut palm plantations and lush tropical vegetation. The hotel is only approx. 23 km from Punta Cana Airport and offers its guests a spacious beach.

Deluxe Garden View

The comfortably furnished rooms (approx. 35 sqm) have a bathroom/toilet, hydro-massage bathtub, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (daily refill with water, beer, and soft drinks), tea and coffee making facilities, ironing board/iron, and balcony or terrace. Voltage 110 V, American flat plugs, and iPod dock (G2Y/G1Y). Also available overlooking the pool (2ND) or as a Deluxe Spar room with potentially less favorable location or different amenities (XD2).

Junior Suite Garden View

The junior suites are more spacious (approx. 42 sqm) and have the same amenities as the double rooms, plus a small living area with a sofa bed (135x190 cm) and a whirlpool in the bathroom (JGB/JGK/JG4/J4G). Also available overlooking the pool (JV2/JV3/JV4/JVK).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms have two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

For stays between April and December, there may be increased occurrences of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found more frequently in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and sea are affected. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause a slight noise disturbance.
