The spacious hotel complex is located directly on the long, gently sloping fine sandy beach in the Colakli holiday region. The center of Side is about 12 km away, public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The attractively designed comfort hotel has a total of 509 rooms, distributed over a main building and four annex buildings (all buildings are connected underground), each with four floors (elevators available). Amenities include the elegant reception hall with reception and inviting seating areas, a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required once for a minimum of 7 nights stay, one of which is open 24 hours), various bars, a patisserie, and a café. In addition, the hotel offers conference rooms, video games and an internet café for a fee, a shopping arcade also with a kiosk, a hairdresser, and a well-equipped spa and wellness center. Cinema for 50 people, disco. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the lovingly designed garden area, there is a large swimming pool landscape with three water slides, as well as a smaller additional pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (aquapark, open at certain hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are free of charge for our guests (upon presentation of the bath towel card).

Double Room

The rooms are elegantly furnished and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, laptop-sized safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, available at certain hours), LED TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with pool view (PD) can be booked for an extra charge (Summer25). Double room for single use (DE/PDE). From Summer 26 onwards, rooms with partial sea view can be booked (DMS/DES)

Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they are slightly smaller and have a sea view (DM). Double room for single use (DEM). (Also bookable under AYTC17 (DM/DEM) or on upper floors (UPS/UPE).)

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, they have an additional bedroom separated by an inter-room door (DF2).

Junior Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, they have a living area with a seating area and a bedroom separated by a partition (1.20 m) and a bathroom with a whirlpool and shower/WC (J2S). Double room for single use (JS1).

Comfort Room

With amenities similar to the family rooms, with a maximum occupancy of 2 people (2CD). Double room for single use (1CD). From Summer 26 onwards with sea view (1CD)

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, patisserie, and midnight snack options. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars open at that time. Your minibar will be stocked daily with still water, beer, peanuts, crackers, and soft drinks.
