The holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach. The town of Side is approx. 6 km away and the newly developed area of Kumköy is very close by. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The well-maintained hotel complex, popular especially with German regular guests, with a total of 319 rooms, consists of a six-story main building and nine ancillary buildings (without elevator). Your hotel has a tastefully designed lobby with reception and seating areas, an elevator in the main building, a buffet restaurant with terrace, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay, reservation required), and several shops for a fee. Wi-Fi is available at many points in the hotel area and in the rooms (with your own laptop) (included). In the extensive garden, there are two large freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and a pool bar. The slide pool is located near the beach. Umbrellas, loungers, and mattresses are included. Bath towels for use by the pool and on the beach are provided free of charge daily. The Kumm Beach Bar is part of the All Inclusive package for all guests.

Double Room (approx. 25-28 sqm)

The friendly furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (hourly), mini-fridge, coffee/tea setup, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Sea view rooms are available at an additional charge (S2M).

King Suite (approx. 75 sqm)

The newly renovated rooms consist of two bedrooms with a French bed and two single beds, and a living room separated by a connecting door with two bathrooms/WC, a balcony with sea view, and are located on the 6th floor. Additionally, the room has a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed internet, minibar (included with imported alcoholic beverages on arrival day, then standard refill). Unlimited use of the sister hotel Miramare Beach is included. Guests also receive unlimited use of the à la carte restaurant (reservations required), a 30-minute introductory massage, VIP fruit and wine service with chocolate and nuts. (KS).

The family rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are larger and have additional sleeping arrangements.

Family Room Main Building (Summer 26)

These rooms have a bedroom and a living room and are equipped with a double bed, a single bed and 2 fold-out armchairs, minibar, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, 1 bathroom/WC, hairdryer, iron (on request), kettle and tea/coffee set, two balconies with land view (2FA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late risers' breakfast, snacks at the pool (à la carte) for several hours during the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie between 11 AM and 6 PM, and midnight soup. Freshly squeezed orange juice (at breakfast), various local and some selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Minibar is refilled daily with beer, soft drinks, and still and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
