Summer:
The luxurious holiday resort of the renowned Barut hotel chain is situated on a 135,000 m² plot in the Lara tourist area. The comfort hotel has a total of 468 rooms of various types, spread across the main building, garden buildings (each with elevators), and the lagoon area. Among the many hotel facilities are the modern lobby with reception, cozy seating areas (Wi-Fi is included in all hotel areas), and lobby bar, as well as the buffet restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (unlimited use based on availability and reservation), the new patisserie, several bars, nightclub (for ages 16+), cinema, the beautiful seawater indoor pool (connected to the outdoor pool via a tunnel, heated depending on weather in winter) with a separate children's pool, and the 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. Furthermore, the hotel has various shops, a mini-market, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). An extraordinary experience is offered by one of the 24 uniquely privileged Bayou Villas in four different categories, spread over an area of 25,000 m². Double Deluxe Garden Building (DD2)

The rooms are located in the garden building with a garden view, slightly smaller but otherwise equipped the same as the Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2). Single use (DD1).

Double Room Deluxe Swim Up

In the garden area and on the ground floor with a terrace with two loungers and direct pool access, as well as pool view (bookable for children aged 6 and over) (SWX/Summer 26 DWU). Single use (WU1).

Corner Suite

The sea-view suites are located in the main building and, with otherwise similar amenities and size to the Deluxe Double Rooms, feature a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and sofa bed, as well as a whirlpool and loungers on the terrace (CSZ). Single use (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A

These attractive room types in the garden area offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two shower/WC, two televisions, otherwise with similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B

The rooms are located on the ground floor and are significantly larger (90-95m²) than the Family Rooms Type A, with direct pool view, large terrace, seating areas, and access to the communal pool for this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room

The rooms are located in the lagoon area and have a balcony with seating and are not on the ground floor (LD2). Single use (L1D).

Junior Suite

The junior suites with garden view are located in the lagoon area on the upper floors and have a bedroom and a living room without a connecting door. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. A cozy seating area is located in the living room. In addition, individual air conditioning and two televisions, with otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms (JS2). Single use (JS1).

Penthouse Suite

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the suites are slightly larger, located in the lagoon area, and offer a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating area, a bathroom in Turkish hammam style with a rain shower. Located in the lagoon area. 2 Queen-size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa.
