Location

The holiday hotel is located amidst the shady Sorgun forest, directly on the extensive, steeply sloping sand/pebble beach. The town of Side is approx. 4 km away, and Manavgat town is approx. 5 km away. Taxi and public minibus connections to both directions are available in front of the hotel.

The architecturally interesting holiday resort has a total of 463 rooms spread over six floors (four elevators available). The various hotel facilities include a spacious reception area with a lobby bar and comfortable seating, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (one dinner per stay included upon prior reservation and availability; further visits for a fee), various bars, conference rooms, a nightclub, satellite TV, a mini-market, boutiques, and a hairdresser, as well as the show center for evening shows (May 1 - Oct 30). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge in rooms, public areas, and on the pier. The well-maintained garden area features a freshwater pool complex with a separate children's pool, an aqua park with several water slides and snack stations, and a splash pool for children (seasonal), sun terraces, and the pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests here as well as on the beach with a beach bar/snack bar (and pier open from May 1 - Sep 30; weather permitting). The sun terraces also offer loungers with integrated cushions.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, seasonal and operating hours may vary), minibar, kettle, tea/coffee setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a partial sea view or direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS/DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM). At certain times, rooms with partial sea view (I2X) or sea view (DMA) are available at more favorable rates = DZ=EZ for single use (EIS/AME).

Couple Double Room

The rooms with modern decor have the same amenities as the double rooms, with a French bed or twin beds, shower/WC, and partial sea view (DIS). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMI).

Large Double Room (Summer 2025)

The rooms, otherwise the same size and amenities as the double rooms, feature a bunk bed for children (D2X).

Family Room with Partial Sea View (Superior Family Room)

The rooms with partial sea view consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and two bathrooms with shower/WC. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds, plus a fold-out sofa bed (FS2). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).
 

Family Suite Sea View

The suites with sea view, otherwise identical to the double rooms in terms of amenities, feature an additional bedroom (main bedroom has a double bed and the other room has two single beds) with a connecting door, as well as a whirlpool on the balcony (steps are located at the entrance of both bedrooms) (SFM).

With similar amenities to the family rooms, they feature an additional living area with a kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower/WC, as well as direct sea view (2DF).

Ultra All Inclusive

No wishes remain unfulfilled: enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner from lavish buffets, continental late riser breakfast, various snacks and ice cream at the snack bar during the day, coffee/tea at the Arcanus Coffee House (Summer 25), and ice cream service at the patisserie, as well as a bistro open from 4 PM to 7 AM. Various local alcoholic beverages, including well-known imported spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bars within the concept. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
