The holiday hotel is located in the Çolakli holiday region, approx. 800 m from the wide private sandy beach (free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is available). Side with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities is approx. 8 km away, and Antalya Airport is approx. 50 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex has several buildings with a total of 396 rooms on six floors (elevators available). The hotel facilities include a friendly reception area with a reception desk and inviting seating areas, a lobby bar, a brasserie, various à la carte restaurants (one dinner in one of the three restaurants is included with a minimum stay of 7 nights; reservation and subject to availability, appropriate attire requested), the large buffet restaurant with a terrace, a conference room, and a beautiful indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open and heated in April and October depending on the weather). There are also a hairdresser and various shops (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool (for ages 16+), and an aquapark with seven water slides (operating at specific hours and depending on the weather), a snack terrace, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and sunshades are included for all guests here and on the beach with a beach bar.

Super Saver Room

Identical to double rooms with a view of the neighboring building (SSZ).

Double Room

The rooms have a double or two single beds and a sofa bed (190x60 cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, LCD satellite TV, tea/coffee setup, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DZ=SZ for single use (DE). Rooms with pool view can be booked at an additional charge (PD/PDE).

Double Room Superior

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger and have a pool view (DSU). The sleeping option for the third person is a Josephine bed (170 x 70 cm) and for the fourth person, there is a sofa bed (60x190 cm) in the room. From Spring '26, DZ=SZ for single use (DSE).

Double Room Superior Type B without Balcony

These are identical to the Double Superior rooms but without a balcony, bookable under specific conditions and with limited availability, and have a pool view (DSB/SBH). From Spring '26, DZ=SZ for single use (SBG).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a shower/WC, a double bed, and an additional separate bedroom with a single bed (2FA).
