Deluxe Room

The rooms are located in the main building and offer approx. 55 m² with garden views. Amenities include a king-size bed, air conditioning, tiled and parquet floors, safe, ceiling fan, sofa, desk, kettle, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with cable, shower with rain shower head, bathtub, toilet, bathrobe, and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace with seating. Garden View Villa

With the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, these are located in the villa area between the pool and the beach. (GV2/GV1)

Ocean View Pool Villa

The Ocean View Pool Villa is approx. 150 m² and offers a magnificent view of the sea. It features a living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, safe, TV, kettle, minibar (for a fee), a private terrace with sun loungers, and a private pool (2PV). When booking by Mar 10, our guests receive the following benefits: lounge access, 1x minibar refill per stay, 1x Afternoon Tea, 1x à la carte breakfast at "The Colonial" restaurant.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen enforces a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
