The hotel is one of Cyprus' finest five-star hotels, located directly on the beach, approx. 11 km from Limassol city center. A public bus stop is located in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, taverns, bars, and the ancient Amathus excavation site are nearby. The distance to Larnaca Airport is approx. 54 km and approx. 71 km to Paphos Airport.

The hotel comprises 255 rooms and offers a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant and three à la carte restaurants (for a fee), three bars, a Gelateria, an indoor pool (heated in winter), SPA and wellness center, a shopping arcade with a jewelry store, a hairdresser, a boutique, and a souvenir shop.
The outdoor area features a beautifully landscaped tropical garden and a pool landscape. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

The Deluxe Double Rooms have a bath/shower/toilet with toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers, a full-length mirror, ironing station, air conditioning/heating, safe, telephone (for a fee), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine (daily refill), a bottle of still water (on arrival), and a large, furnished balcony (DD2).
Also bookable as a Saver Deluxe Room (XD2), for single use (DD1), or with sea view (DDM).

Deluxe Family Room

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are slightly larger and additionally feature a bunk bed and a seating area with a small table (2DF).
Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (F2D).

Executive Double Room Sea View

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and additionally offer free access to the Executive Lounge (7 am-9 pm). The lounge provides a VIP breakfast from 7 am-10 am and cold and warm snacks and desserts throughout the day, as well as a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (EXM).
Bookable in Winter 2025/2026.

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area with an additional bunk bed, are slightly more spacious, and feature direct access to a shared pool (SUJ).
The shared pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay close attention to your children when using this area and behave cautiously.

Breakfast from 7 am-10:30 am, lunch from 12:30 pm-3 pm, and dinner from 7 pm-10 pm served buffet-style.
Once per stay, dinner is included in one of the à la carte restaurants: Ouzeria by the sea, Yashinoki Asian Restaurant, or Acai Seaview Restaurant (reservations required).
Snacks are available at the Acai Seaview Restaurant from 11 am-12:30 pm and 3 pm-6 pm, and ice cream is served at the Coconut Gellateria from 10:30 am-6:30 pm.
A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 9 am to midnight at the respective open bars.
