The spacious adults-only hotel complex, with partial views of the sea and Teide, is located in the "Playa Jardin" district, only about 250m from the beach of the same name. Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away. The center can be reached in approx. 1.5 km and Loro Parque in approx. 10 minutes on foot. Teide National Park is approx. 40 km away.

The AluaSoul Orotava Valley is a hotel complex comprehensively modernized in 2021, which stands out with its size of 9000 m² and is specifically geared towards relaxing comfort for guests who appreciate the facilities and services of an adults-only establishment. It consists of 5 buildings in the Canarian style with a total of 202 suites. General facilities include 1 freshwater pool (heated) with a magnificent view of Teide, 4 elevators for hotel guests, a buffet restaurant, 2 bars, an à la carte restaurant, and a sun terrace with views of the sea and Teide. Beach towels (for a deposit), sun loungers, and umbrellas by the pool are free of charge, as is a fitness room.
