The extensive adults-only hotel complex, with some views of the sea and Teide, is located in the "Playa Jardin" district and is only about 250m from the beach of the same name. Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away. The city center is about 1.5 km away, and Loro Parque is about a 10-minute walk away. Teide National Park is approx. 40 km away.

The AluaSoul Orotava Valley is a hotel complex comprehensively modernized in 2021, standing out with its size of 9000 m² and specifically designed for restful comfort for guests who appreciate the facilities and services of an adults-only establishment. It consists of 5 buildings in the Canarian style with a total of 202 suites. General facilities include 1 freshwater pool (heated) with a magnificent view of Teide, 4 elevators for hotel guests, a buffet restaurant, 2 bars, an à la carte restaurant, and a sun terrace overlooking the sea and Teide. Beach towels (for a deposit), sun loungers, and umbrellas by the pool are free of charge, as is a fitness room.
