The extensive adults-only hotel complex, with some views of the sea and Teide,
is located in the "Playa Jardin" district and is only about 250m from the beach of the same name. Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away. The center is about 1.5 km away, and Loro Parque is about a 10-minute walk away. Teide National Park is about 40 km away.

The AluaSoul Orotava Valley is a hotel complex extensively modernized in 2021, standing out with its 9000 m² area, specifically designed for relaxing comfort for guests who appreciate the facilities and services of an adults-only establishment. It consists of 5 buildings in the Canary style with a total of 202 suites.
