The renovated Hotel Alua Tenerife is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is about 1 km away, and the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a work by the artist Cesar Manriquez, is about a 2-minute walk away (approx. 150m). Tenerife North Airport is about 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is about 80 km away.
The world-famous Loro Parque can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

Facilities

The comprehensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms on 5 floors, accessible by 6 elevators. Additionally, the building features a panoramic elevator that goes to the top floor, offering an impressive view of the city and coast. The hotel also includes a reception and 2 conference rooms. The hotel boasts a very beautiful and spacious pool area with 2 outdoor pools (one heated), including 1 children's pool (sunbeds and umbrellas included), a heated indoor pool (for a fee), pool towels (with deposit), and a children's playground. There is a mini-market, 3 bars, a buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee).

The modern and comfortable double rooms, approximately 32m², have a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed or 2 single beds, a bathroom with a rain shower/WC and hairdryer, air conditioning, safe (incl.), minibar (unfilled), kettle with coffee and tea, satellite TV, telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the street (D).
