The hotel is located in Playa Paraiso, directly on the sea. A small beach and shopping facilities are accessible after about 500 m. Costa Adeje is about 10 km away and Tenerife South Airport is approx. 30 km away.

The outdoor area includes an infinity pool (unheated), 3 swimming pools (1x Adults-Only), a children's pool with slides, and a baby pool (all heated in winter), a sun terrace with free loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex and in the rooms.
