Location

The picturesque town of Icod de los Vinos was discovered in 1501. The old town center with some buildings from that era has been preserved. The 2000-year-old Dragon Tree, the oldest and most beautiful of its kind, can be admired here. The beautiful harbor of San Marcos and the dreamlike beach are located around Icod de los Vinos. Not to forget, the unique view of Mount Teide.
The magnificent finca from the 18th century is located on an approx. 3000 m² plot, approx. 8 km above Icod. It has been extensively renovated and restored in such a way that the beautiful Canarian architectural style has been unmistakably preserved. The finca consists of 6 houses/residential units with a wonderful view amidst lush green vegetation. There is a communal pool with loungers and umbrellas.

All 6 residential units are comfortably furnished and impress with their stylish and cozy decor.
All have an electric heater, satellite TV, safe, the kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, toaster, kettle are available.
Three units with their own private terrace, three with a shared terrace. All are fully equipped with wooden floors. All have a separate entrance.

On the lower floor:

55 m² living space, 25 m² private terrace. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of San Marcos beach and the Teide volcano (H3G).

Mirador de Marengo

Ground floor unit, at the finca entrance and approx. 200 m away from the main buildings, located by the pool and communal barbecue, with 1 bedroom (double bed) and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, small living area with another sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace with outdoor grill and fantastic views. Private parking, Wi-Fi (in the house and on the terrace) and satellite TV free of charge (H2H).
