Located directly above the picturesque fishing harbor of Puerto del Carmen, this is a bright and friendly designed apartment complex.
Stairs lead to the upper areas of the complex as well as down to the harbor and the old town.
The small bathing and diving bay (with dive center) is approx. 1,000 m away. Various supermarkets and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The very popular holiday complex with 167 terraced apartments is due to its excellent central location, featuring a reception area with a spacious freshwater pool, a separate small children's pool, a pool bar, as well as a sun terrace and sun loungers.
There are no beach towels.
