Location

The complex is located in Playa Blanca, directly opposite the Hotel Iberostar Lanzarote Park.
The beach promenade is 50 m away. Flamingo Beach is 140 m away. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The complex has 16 villas.
The outdoor area features an air-conditioned saltwater pool, a whirlpool, and sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge.
The reception is open for limited hours (emergency number 24 hours).

Accommodation

1 Bedroom Villa

The villas have a separate bedroom, kitchen, living/dining area, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, amenities, bathrobe, and slippers.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, hob, and kitchen utensils, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The bedroom has a king-size bed (2 x 2 m) or a double bed, wardrobe, satellite TV, and safe (free of charge).
The living area features satellite TV with a CD/DVD player and free Wi-Fi. The 3rd person sleeps on a sofa bed.
All villas have a terrace with chairs, a table, loungers, and a grill. (V12)
