The hotel is located in the holiday area of Costa Teguise, approx. 300 m from the small sandy beach Los Charcos and approx. 700 m from the main beach Las Cucharas.
The town center with shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars is also only about 500 m away.

Facilities

This adults-only complex has a total of 172 apartments (22 two-bedroom apartments and 150 one-bedroom apartments), spread over 3 floors.
It features a restaurant with international buffet, a pool bar, a bar entertainment room, and Wi-Fi in the reception area included (otherwise for a fee).
The reception is open 24 hours daily.
In the outdoor area, there are 2 swimming pools, one exclusively for the premium area (both heated year-round).
Sun loungers and Suns are included.

Same amenities as the one-bedroom apartments with pool view.
These have been renovated and are located in a separate area of the hotel. In addition to the outdoor swimming pool, a separate chill-out area and pool are available for all guests booking a Premium Apartment.
