Lage

Casitas Las Viñas is located in Fuencaliente de la Palma and offers panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
The Fuencaliente Lighthouse is 9 km away, and the Tenegula volcanoes are 2 km away.
Casitas Las Viñas is 24 km from La Palma Airport.

Ausstattung

The complex consists of two casitas, both located on the first floor.
Access is only possible via stairs and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
The casitas are built in a typical Canarian style with unobstructed sea views and are lovingly managed by the owners.
The two apartments are built together, with apartment type A located slightly offset behind apartment type B.
Each casita offers a lot of privacy.
Below there is a laundry room with a washing machine.

Appartement Typ A

Access to this casita is around the corner from Casita A.
A staircase leads to a large terrace with a pergola, a table, 3 chairs, and 2 loungers.
A sliding door leads into the living room next to the kitchen.
The living/dining area is equipped with a sofa bed (for the 3rd person), a coffee table, 2 chairs, a small TV stand with a television (satellite system with German channels), a wardrobe, and a dining table with 4 chairs.
In the Canarian-style kitchen, you will find 2 electric hotplates, kitchen cabinets, a coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, and a microwave. Dishes and cutlery, as well as pots and a pan, are provided.
The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There is also a sliding door to the terrace.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. (AA2)

Appartement Typ B

Casita B is located directly above the garage, via a stone staircase to the terrace with a pergola.
The terrace has a table and 3 chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers.
The entrance door leads into the living room next to the kitchen.
The living/dining area is equipped with a sofa bed (for the third guest), a coffee table, a small TV stand with a television (satellite system with German channels), and a dining table with 3 chairs.
In the Canarian-style kitchen, you will find 2 electric hotplates as well as kitchen cabinets above and below the sink.
Furthermore, a coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, and microwave are available. Dishes and cutlery, as well as pots and a pan, are provided.
The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. (AB2)
