Located in the center of Playa del Inglés. It is about 100 m to the promenade and about 400 m to the beach, which is reached via stairs.
Restaurants, bars, disco pubs/discotheques and shopping facilities are nearby.

Key handover and support are provided by the property manager and the tour guide.
There is a swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols in the outdoor area.
On the roof terrace with a fantastic view over Playa del Inglés, the dunes and the sea, there is a sun terrace with a shower and sun loungers.

The small studios are modern, bright and friendly furnished with a combined living/sleeping area, kitchenette with toaster, coffee machine, microwave, flat-screen satellite TV (free), air conditioning (free/individually adjustable), rental safe, bathroom with shower/WC and furnished balcony or terrace. Some rooms have a separate bedroom.
Accommodation can be on the ground floor/basement, 1st or 2nd floor (S12).
