Location

At the entrance to Playa del Inglés and separated from the sea and the small bay "El Veril" only by a side street, which is connected to the large beach of Playa del Inglés via another small stretch of sand.
The center of Playa del Inglés can be reached via the beach promenade in about 20 minutes on foot. The airport is about 28 km away.

Facilities

The small complex with only 24 units has a reception (open for a few hours during the day), Wi-Fi (free throughout the complex), a swimming pool (heated in winter), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool/snack bar (external provider, open at certain times).

Accommodation

Apartment 1 Bedroom (bookable until 30.04.25)

The inviting apartments (spread over 2 levels/stairs available) have a combined living/bedroom with a sleeping facility for an extra person, satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning (free/individually adjustable), kitchenette with microwave and coffee machine and dining area, a separate bedroom, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).
Also bookable for single use (A11).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

Equipped the same as the apartments, they also have a 2nd separate bedroom (A22).

Family Bungalow 2BR (LPAA24)

The approx. 80 m² maisonettes have two beds, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed and television. It also has air conditioning and heating (2BF).

Hotel Service

Room cleaning and towel change every 3 days (excluding kitchen area), bed linen change once a week.
Pool towels available free of charge/change for a fee.
