The hotel is located in the island's capital, very close to the marina, the "Parque Romano" sports park, and the renowned Santa Catalina hotel.
The historic old town of Vegueta with its restaurants and bars, as well as the Triana shopping district, are approximately 3 km away.
The famous Las Canteras city beach is also approximately 3 km away. A smaller beach section can be reached within about a 10-minute walk.

The modern rooms (approx. 24 sqm) are bright and comfortably furnished, featuring satellite TV, a safety deposit box (for a fee), free air conditioning (centrally controlled), a minibar (for a fee), an open-plan bathroom with shower/toilet, and a hairdryer. No balcony (DSU).
