Centrally located and relatively quiet, about a 10-minute walk to the promenade and the sandy beach (partly via stairs).
Adjacent is the shopping center "La Sandia" with restaurants and bars.
The shopping center "Yumbo" with many bars, restaurants, and cafes, as well as various shopping opportunities, is only a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel, modernized in 2024, is located on different levels (7 or 12 floors) due to its hillside location and design, with 127 units.
It offers a reception area with seating and a reception desk, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (free), an elevator, and an inviting buffet restaurant.
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter), a whirlpool, sun loungers and umbrellas, Bali beds, and a pool/snackbar.

The comfortable rooms (approx. 31 m²) have a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a small refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning (free), bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (JS2).

Equipped the same as the Junior Suite, but with a larger balcony with a seating area (JU2).

Junior Suite Deluxe

Equipped the same as the Junior Suite Superior, but with "Rituals" toiletries, daily turn-down service, and a large terrace with seating and sun loungers.
