The hotel is located at the beginning of Playa del Inglés, only approx. 300m from a bay from which the large and famous sand beach of Playa del Inglés can also be reached (bay and beach accessible via stairs).
Restaurants, bars, bus stops, and shopping facilities are located in the vicinity.
The airport is approx. 29 km away.

The hotel has a total of 404 rooms spread over 7 floors with elevators, a reception hall with a bar, a buffet restaurant, and a terrace.

They are large, comfortably and brightly furnished with sleeping facilities for an extra person, telephone, bathroom with rain shower/WC and hairdryer, free satellite TV, safe for rent, kettle, minibar (on request, refilled for a fee), air conditioning (centrally controlled, seasonal operation), and a furnished balcony.
