Location

Finca Cho Manuel is located in Lomo Negro/Lomo La Presa, a rural area above Maspalomas, away from mass tourism with idyllic tranquility and rural flair. The property is under German-Spanish management and is personally run with a lot of loving commitment by the owners.
The finca has a large selection of fruit trees, such as mangoes, figs, avocados, loquats, pomegranates, persimmons, lemons, prickly pears, coffee beans, etc.
All shopping facilities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, doctors are located in the nearest town of El Tablero, approx. 4 km away. The nearest beach in Maspalomas is approx. 8 km away. The airport is approx. 38 km away.

Facilities

The complex on the approx. 14,000 m² fruit plantation also includes a communal freshwater pool with sun terrace, sun loungers and a covered seating area.
The finca is located on a closed property and consists of 6 spatially and visually separated units, all furnished differently and with great charm.
The ground-floor apartments are very homely and individually furnished in a rustic country house style with natural wood furniture. Attention to detail has been paid to the furnishings.
Each of the 6 residential units is individually furnished and has
Satellite TV, stereo system, safe and internet connection.

Accommodation

Type A (Casas "Almacén", "Esquina", "Oficina")

These cozy residential units, each with a floor area of approx. 60 m², offer space for up to 2 people. They have a combined living/dining area with an adjoining kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses), a bathroom/toilet and a furnished terrace from which you can see the sea in the distance.

Type B (Casas "El Pajar", "Pinito")

The residential units El Pajar and Pinito, with a floor area of approx. 80 m², offer space for 2 to 4 people. They each have a combined living/dining area with an adjoining kitchenette.
The house El Pajar has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (which can also be pushed together). Each bedroom has its own bathroom/toilet. El Pajar has a furnished terrace and garden from where you can see the sea in the distance.
The house Pinito has one bedroom with 2 single beds (which can also be pushed together) and two small rooms each with a single bed, a bathroom/toilet, and a furnished terrace from which you can see the sea in the distance.

Type C (“La Villa“)

This spacious and cozily furnished apartment offers space for 2 to 6 people on a floor area of approx. 130 m². La Villa has a large living/dining area with an adjoining kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (separate mattresses) and 2 bedrooms each with two single beds (which can also be pushed together), 2 bathrooms/toilets and a furnished terrace and garden from where you can see the sea in the distance.

On request and for a fee, the owners offer guests the preparation of a meal of their choice in the specially built "Gourmet Corner" with a beautiful view of the surroundings or in their respective residential unit.

Guests are picked up by the owners at the airport. Rental car included in the price, provided at the finca.
Further note: Finca guests shape their holidays individually and are often out and about. Therefore, regular consultation hours for the tour guides are not held. Instead, each traveler has the opportunity to arrange an appointment by phone if needed. The categorization of a finca is only a rough guide, as the furnishings are individual and do not offer the services of a hotel!
