Location

Located right in the heart of Playa de Palma, only approx. 300 m from the beach and the promenade with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. The well-known venues "Bierkönig" and "Oberbayern" are in the immediate vicinity. The center of Palma is approx. 10 km away. A public bus stop is nearby.

Facilities

The hotel will be completely renovated for Summer 2025 and will open in a new, elegant style.
It is equipped with a lobby with reception, lounges, a mini-market, 2 buffet restaurants, and a bar. The outdoor area impresses with a sun terrace including 3 pools, a pool bar, sun loungers, Bali beds, and sunshades. The 300 m² roof terrace offers the opportunity to relax in the jacuzzi and enjoy a drink at the bar with a magnificent view over Playa de Palma (for a fee).

Double room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms have a shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, smart TV, safety deposit box (for a fee), minibar (for a fee), air conditioning/heating, capsule coffee machine, and a balcony (D). Room size approx. 18 m².
Also available at an additional charge with pool view (PD), sea view (DM), or for single occupancy (PDE, DEM).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and have a combined living/sleeping area with an additional sofa bed (JS2). Room size approx. 30m².

Additional note

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not entitled to custody, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
