Location

This upscale comfort hotel is centrally located on Playa de Palma, only approx. 300 m from the long sandy beach. Numerous entertainment and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
The hotel offers good public transport connections, e.g. by bus to the city center of the island's capital with its beautiful old town and famous cathedral.

Facilities

The elegant hotel, designed with great attention to detail, welcomes its guests in a bright and spacious lobby. The 141 rooms of the new hotel building, completed in summer 2021, are spread over 6 floors. The inviting reception area and the well-stocked lobby bar immediately create a special atmosphere of well-being for guests at the beginning of their holiday. The gastronomic concept impresses with the quality of its food and drinks and offers, with the main restaurant "Algust" as well as the "Aire" pool bar and the "Aire" lobby bar, ample opportunities for relaxed and culinarily sophisticated hours. The beautifully designed outdoor area, approx. 5,000 m², with its attractive pool area including a children's pool and the Mediterranean garden, offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay. Sunshades, Bali beds, and loungers are available free of charge.

Junior Suite Pool View

The air-conditioned junior suites are spacious and open, designed in a colonial-Mediterranean style. They offer plenty of light through the floor-to-ceiling windows and easy access to their exclusively furnished and generous balcony. An integrated living area with a sofa, table, and small side table provides additional comfort. Of course, the room has a Smart TV and a capsule coffee machine/kettle for fresh coffee or tea. The bathroom area with a rain shower is largely integrated into the living space. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, safe, telephone, free bathroom amenities, USB charging facilities, and a minibar (for a fee). Room size: approx. 31 m² (room code: J2P).
Also available for single occupancy (J1P) or with sea view (J2M) at an additional charge.

Suite Sea View

With the same furnishings as the junior suites, the suites are located on the top floor and offer private balconies with sun loungers and a hydromassage bathtub. They also have a separate living room and a dressing room (S2M). (Room size approx. 49m²)

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
