The VIVA chain's family hotel consists of a main building and an apartment building and offers 228 junior suites and apartments, a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "Caprice," the lounge bar "Babalu," and the à la carte restaurant "El Patio." In the outdoor area overlooking the lake, there is a newly designed pool landscape in winter 25/26, surrounded by palm trees and several sun terraces (totaling approx. 2000 m²). It includes a heated pool, a whirlpool, and a splash pool.
