The family hotel of the VIVA chain consists of a main building and an apartment building and offers 228 junior suites and apartments, a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "Caprice", the lounge bar "Babalu", and the à la carte restaurant "El Patio". In the outdoor area overlooking the lake, there is a pool landscape newly designed in winter 25/26, surrounded by palm trees and several sun terraces (total approx. 2000 sqm).
