The large, sprawling, and very well-maintained complex in the style of a Majorcan village has 253 apartments spread across several 2-story residential buildings. The entire complex is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The main building offers guests a reception hall with a 24-hour reception and seating areas, a lounge, bar, cafeteria, mini-market, a seating terrace, and an air-conditioned restaurant with an outdoor area. Nestled in the beautiful garden with shade-providing pine trees is the spacious pool landscape with various sun terraces (sun loungers and umbrellas included). In the pool area, there are also seating terraces and a pool/snackbar.
