The hotel, particularly popular with regular guests and families from the Iberostar chain, has 405 rooms spread across 2 buildings with 5 floors each. It features a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, elevators, a bar with a small show stage, a "Star Café" (24h), and a buffet restaurant. In the beautiful garden area, there is a swimming pool (closed in winter) with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a pool/snackbar (during the summer months).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style with cold and hot dishes and show cooking. Star Café (24h). Non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10 AM and 12 AM. However, due to a decree by the Balearic Islands government, the serving of alcoholic beverages has been limited. Only three alcoholic beverages (beer or wine) per guest may be served at lunch and dinner. All other alcoholic beverages – including those between meals – must be paid for normally. Appropriate attire is requested during meals (closed shoes and no sleeveless shirts for men).
