Location

The Rethymno Mare Royal & Water Park hotel is located in Skaleta. It is 11 km to Rethymno, 65 km to Heraklion, and 70 km to Chania. In front of the hotel, there is a bus stop with connections to surrounding towns.
The sand/pebble beach is reachable in approx. 100 m via an underpass and an elevator. A transfer to the beach is available free of charge.
Changing rooms and showers are available at the beach.

The Rethymno Mare Royal & Waterpark hotel has 56 comfortable rooms and suites. For dining, there is a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (reservations required, open May-October; one incurs a fee), and four bars. For families, there is a water park with seven water slides and various entertainment options, such as an amphitheater.
Hotel amenities include a 24-hour reception, a mini-market, a jeweler, a souvenir shop, and an ATM. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The outdoor area features a pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit. Parking and an electric charging station (for a fee) are available. For late departures, there is a luggage storage facility.

Double Room Superior

The Double Rooms Superior feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobe, slippers, radio, TV, safe (rental), refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).

Junior Suite

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior but are more spacious with an additional bed or sofa bed (JS2).

Suite

In addition to the amenities of the Double Rooms Superior, these suites feature a separate living/sleeping area (S2).

The Suite with Private Pool features the same amenities as the Suite, but with a terrace and a private pool (SP2).

Half Board

The hotel offers a versatile half-board concept with flexible breakfast times from early morning until 11 am. Early risers can enjoy a small breakfast before 7:30 am, followed by a rich American breakfast buffet with show cooking in the main restaurant Dionyssos. In the evening, guests can enjoy a varied buffet with show cooking or a multi-course menu at the Jasmine à la carte restaurant (reservations required, open May to October, including drinks). Three theme nights per week, Italian, Greek, and BBQ, provide special culinary highlights. For younger guests, a separate children's buffet is available in the evening. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free meals are available upon request.

All Inclusive

American breakfast with champagne (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM) buffet style with show cooking at the main restaurant "Dionyssos".
Early bird breakfast until 7:30 AM, late risers can enjoy a small breakfast from 10 AM to 10:30 AM. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed at the à la carte restaurant "Jasmine" (reservations required, open from May to October).
A separate children's buffet is available in the evening at the main restaurant "Dionyssos" for the little ones. Three theme nights per week, including Greek, Italian, and BBQ specialties, offer additional culinary highlights in the main restaurant.
From 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, snacks such as sandwiches, pizza, fruit, ice cream, and yogurt are offered at the pool and beach bars. Coffee, tea, and pastries are available in the afternoon.
Drinks including soft drinks, juices, water, coffee, tea, local wines and beers, a selection of spirits, as well as cocktails and long drinks are included from 10 AM to 11:30 PM at the respective open bars.
Vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free meals are available upon request.
A smart casual dress code applies for dinner.
The All-Inclusive service is valid from arrival until the last moment on the day of departure.

Note for Climate Resilience Fee
