Location

The 4-star Sirios Village complex is located about 40 m above the coastal road in Kato Daratso, west of Chania, the second-largest city in Crete. The old town, with its Turkish-Venetian influences around the harbor, features winding alleys and numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes, and is about 4 km away. The center of Kato Daratso, with further shopping and dining options, is about 1 km away, and the nearest sandy beach is approx. 350 m away. Chania Airport is about 18 km away, and Heraklion Airport is about 147 km away.

Built in the style of a Mediterranean village, the hotel is set on a 2.7-hectare green plot and comprises 243 rooms, consisting of a main building and several two-story bungalow buildings. It offers a large lobby with a 24-hour reception, TV room, luggage room, lobby bar, restaurant with outdoor terrace, mini-market, souvenir shop, and a boutique. In the generously designed outdoor area, there are two freshwater swimming pools, a pool bar/snack bar, and a children's playground. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are available for a deposit.

Superior Double Room

The renovated Superior Double Rooms are located in the bungalow building and are equipped with a double bed and two sofa beds for 1-2 children, a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, 43-inch Smart TV, refrigerator, kettle, rental safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DSE).

Superior Double Room Private Pool

The renovated Superior Double Rooms with Private Pool (PDZ) are located on the ground floor and are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, 43-inch Smart TV, refrigerator, kettle, rental safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a terrace with a private pool (pool heating available for an extra charge).

Family Room

The family rooms are larger than the superior double rooms, with otherwise identical amenities, and feature a separate bedroom (DF2).

Suite Private Pool

The spacious suite offers a separate bedroom with two single beds or a king-size bed, a cozy living area with sofa beds, and two bathrooms – one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. In addition to the spacious terrace, the suite features a private pool (SP2).

Buffet lunch with show cooking from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
Daily selection of light meals and snacks, including pizza, fruit, salads, hot dogs, and sandwiches at the pool bar from 10 AM to 11 PM, and souvlaki, pizza, and fries at the pool bar from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Additionally, ice cream and popcorn are available at the pool bar from 11 AM to 9 PM.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
