Location

The hotel is located in Ammoudara, about 200 m from the beach. The center of Heraklion with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as restaurants and bars, is about 4 km away. Heraklion Airport is about 7 km away.

Facilities

The adults-only hotel (bookable for 16 years and older) has a total of 55 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, a restaurant and a bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge, pool towels are available for a deposit and a fee.

Double room

The standard rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (free of charge), telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, safety deposit box for rent and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally, the rooms can be booked with a limited sea view for an extra charge (DA).

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms have the same facilities and are more spacious (DSU). Optionally, the rooms can be booked with a limited sea view for an extra charge (DSB).

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10 AM.
For dinner, there is a buffet with appetizers, salads, soups and desserts, as well as a fixed menu to choose from for the main course (7:30 PM–9:30 PM, for guests on half board).
Packed lunch available on request 1 day in advance until 5 PM.

Check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 11 AM.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
