Location

Built on a slope, amidst a well-kept garden complex. The sandy/pebble beach is about 600 m away. The center of Acharavi with numerous shops and entertainment options as well as bars, cafes and taverns is about 200 m away. Quietly and idyllically located, the apartment complex is ideal for relaxation.

The comfortable complex consists of a main building and several outbuildings with a total of 90 accommodation units. The main building houses the reception hall with a reception, TV corner, and a buffet restaurant.
In the lush garden complex with many quiet corners, there is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included by the pool, extra charge at the beach), and a pool/snackbar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

The Superior rooms are renovated with the same amenities as the double rooms (DSU). Option with side sea view (D2S) available.

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they have a separate bedroom (DF2).
Option with side sea view (FS2) or direct sea view (F2M) available.

Family Room Superior

The Family Rooms Superior are renovated with the same amenities as the Family rooms and are slightly more spacious (F2U).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01/01/2025.
