Location

The Porto Carras Hotel Meliton is located on the Sithonia peninsula. Directly on the long sandy beach in a green setting, the resort offers ideal conditions for relaxing holidays. The town of Neos Marmaras, with a wide selection of restaurants, taverns, and shops, is about 3 km away. The hotel also offers a shuttle boat transfer from its own marina (for a fee).

The spacious hotel complex offers 479 rooms spread over several floors. Facilities include an entrance hall, reception, various shops and boutiques, 4 bars, and the buffet restaurant "Athos". For culinary variety, there is the à la carte restaurant "Pefko" (Mediterranean cuisine) and the à la carte restaurant "Crystal" (for guests in suite categories or higher), as well as the News Café with a beautiful view of the pool area.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. The resort's spacious outdoor area features 2 seawater swimming pools with sun terraces and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.
Furthermore, the resort offers a casino (ages 21+), an 18-hole golf course, its own marina with berths, a vineyard with a winery, and a spacious spa area.

Double Room Golf View

The double rooms are comfortably furnished and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), minibar (for a fee), safe, satellite TV, and a balcony with a view of the golf course (2DG). Optionally, available for single use (1DG), as type A (DA/DGV only bookable with AI), or with sea/harbour view (DM). Optionally also bookable as sea/harbour view type I and type A (DMI/DMA only with AI).

Junior Suite Golf View

With the same basic amenities as the Double Rooms Golf View, these are more spacious and offer an additional sleeping option for the 3rd person (GJD). Optionally available with sea/harbour view (J2M).

Family Room Golf View

With the same basic amenities as the Double Rooms Golf View, these family rooms are more spacious and feature a separate sleeping area that can be visually separated by a sliding door and have a golf view (DF2). Optionally available with sea/harbour view (F2M).

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from January 1, 2025.
