Location

The holiday complex is ideally located near the Baltic Sea beach and the promenade with various leisure activities for the whole family. The Baltic Sea resort Dampland with many indoor attractions such as the Entdeckerbad (discovery pool), Wikingergolf (Viking golf), Funhalla, etc. is also nearby.

Facilities

The Baltic Village has a total of 62 new, modern residential units, divided into three categories (Comfort, Premium, and VIP).
There are e-charging stations, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the holiday complex.

Accommodation

Comfort Holiday House

The Comfort Holiday Houses (6PC, approx. 83 m²) are suitable for up to six people, have two floors, and offer a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and fridge-freezer combination, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and TV, a bedroom with a sofa bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and TV, a bathroom with a sauna, hairdryer, separate toilet on the ground floor, and a terrace and garden with a table and seating.
Note: Maximum occupancy 4 adults + 1 child + infant.

Premium Holiday House

The Premium Holiday Houses (6PH, approx. 83 m²) have the same features as the Comfort Holiday Houses but offer a more upscale interior and a washer-dryer.
Note: Maximum occupancy 4 adults + 1 child + infant.

VIP Holiday House

The VIP Holiday Houses (VIP, approx. 83 m²) are suitable for up to four people, have two floors, and offer a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and fridge-freezer combination, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and TV, a bathroom with a sauna and whirlpool, hairdryer, separate toilet on the ground floor, a washer-dryer, and a terrace and garden with a table and seating.

Summer Garden (during summer holidays) from 5 PM to 10 PM:
*Childcare 4 times a week by a professional team with a programme and evening snack for children from 5 PM to 8 PM (Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun).
*Free drinks fridge (100 drinks per day) and 2 gas grills with disposable tableware and cutlery, for self-catering.
* Film screenings for children at 6:30 PM on a 100-inch screen with HD projector (FSK 6-12 years).
* Playground.
* High chair free of charge (on request).
* Baby cot approx. €7.50 per stay (on request).
* Baby bedding approx. €9.50 (on request).

Hotel Service

*Wi-Fi, electricity, water, final cleaning, and the initial supply of towels, bed linen, and tea towels are included in the price.
