Location

The Hotel Martinez is a 4-star resort in an excellent location in the new town of Sozopol. With a direct view of Harmanite Beach and the Black Sea, it is separated from the fine sandy beach only by the promenade. The center is about 500 m away. Burgas Airport is about 40 km away, and the transfer time is about 60 minutes.

The popular hotel has 284 accommodation units spread over up to four floors, a lobby with a reception, elevators, safe at reception (included), restaurant, lobby bar, Wi-Fi (included), indoor pool, and spa area. In the outdoor area, in addition to the beautiful garden, there are two swimming pools and a children's pool, as well as an area with slides for the little ones and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee on the beach.

Double room

The double rooms (approx. 25 sqm) have a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, TV, telephone, mini-fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, Wi-Fi (included), safe (at reception and included), tiled floor, and a furnished balcony. Also bookable as a double room for single use for an extra charge.
The double rooms Type A (DA), with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, can accommodate up to 3 people (2+1) (sofa bed for the 3rd person).
The rooms Type DB (DB), with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, are slightly larger (approx. 25-27 sqm) and are occupied as triple rooms with 3 people (3 adults or 2+1). The 3rd person has a single bed (180x80cm) here.

The family rooms (approx. 45 sqm) are, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, slightly larger and feature a double bed and a large sofa bed.

Apartment 1 bedroom without kitchenette

The apartments with 1 bedroom without kitchenette consist, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom.

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (approx. 20 sqm) are, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, slightly smaller and do not have a balcony.
