The El Mouradi Palace is located behind the El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui hotel. The fine sandy beach is about 300 m away through the garden, and the marina and golf course of Port el Kantaoui are approximately 2 km away.

The comfortable hotel with 515 rooms on 4 floors has a lounge, lobby bar, American bar, main and à la carte restaurant, internet corner, Moorish café, coffee shop, elevators, indoor pool (open from Nov.-Apr., heated during winter months), hairdresser, and disco. The outdoor area features a large outdoor pool with a separate children's pool and a sun terrace (sun loungers, umbrellas, and cushions are included by the pool and on the beach; pool towels and bathrobes available for a deposit).

All meals are served buffet-style. Early bird breakfast from 6 am to 8 am, breakfast from 8 am to 10 am, late riser breakfast from 10 am to 11 am, lunch from 12:30 pm to 2 pm, and dinner from 6:30 pm to 9 pm (two sittings available: either from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm or from 8:15 pm to 9:30 pm). Snacks are available from 11 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm. Coffee and cake are served from 4 pm to 5 pm. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 8 am to midnight (May-October) or from 8 am to 11 pm (November-April) at the bars that are open.
