Please note that an environmental sustainability fee is charged on-site. This fee is payable in cash directly to the hotel per person per night and currently ranges from €1.80 to €7.20 (depending on the size of the hotel). Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this regulation.
For your international round-trip flights to/from Mahé, please observe the boat transfer times for hotel bookings at JA Enchanted Island. If you arrive after 2:00 PM or depart before 9:00 AM, a transfer to/from JA Enchanted Island cannot be guaranteed. In case of arrival/departure outside the aforementioned times due to flight delays, bad weather, or long immigration waiting times, our local agency will arrange an overnight stay for you on Mahé. If your booked flight times fall outside the above-mentioned periods, please book an overnight stay on Mahé through your travel agent.
