Product information

Combination package of a Nile cruise on the MS Kleos and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then it goes back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. You then have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Afterwards, the ship sails on to Luxor.
Once you arrive, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins spread across three decks. On the middle deck, you will find an impressive and generously designed reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Two bars provide refreshing drinks, one on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also features ample loungers for relaxation, as well as a generously designed pool with two integrated whirlpools.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. Drinks at a charge.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with belly dancers, Galabeya parties, folklore shows, and a nightly disco.

The tastefully furnished cabins (17 m²) have a bathroom with a bathtub/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, and safe. All cabins also have floor-to-ceiling windows and a French balcony.

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a dreamlike coastline with a bay in front with crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Coral reefs offshore invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel is built in a sophisticated Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sections: the "True Beach Resort," particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for ages 16 and over. The complex has a total of 158 rooms distributed across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is the "Sama Bar" rooftop bar. The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 main pools that run through the entire complex and also serve as pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the "Scarab Bar" pool bar, the Oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village section also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and the Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. The beach also offers the bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the Village section can enjoy the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The complex also features the "Maya" pool bar, a theater offering various evening entertainment programs, as well as several shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. With the same amenities as the 2SU, these (W2Q) are located on the beach and have access to the swim-up pool (heated) and direct sea view.

Junior Suite Sea View (Adult Only)

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are approx. 47 m², located on the first floor, and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water, water is refilled daily), kettle, espresso machine (4 capsules included) and safe, seating area, and balcony. Main restaurant "El Manzil" in buffet style in the resort area for breakfast (7-10 am, times may vary depending on season), late riser breakfast (10-11 am, times may vary depending on season), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm, times may vary depending on season) and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm winter season, 7-10 pm summer season).
Alternatively, an à la carte breakfast is available daily for guests in the Village area (adults only) at the Greek restaurant.
Snacks are offered outdoors from 10:30 am to 5 pm. Tea time from 3-4 pm with cake and pastries in the lobby bar. Additionally, the following à la carte restaurants are included daily: Seafood Restaurant "Ritsa" (located in the resort area, included only once per stay, reservation required, depending on occupancy, the restaurant may not be open daily), Greek Restaurant "ILIOS", Oriental Restaurant "El Tawla", and Asian Fusion Restaurant "NORI" (reservation required, two of the restaurants are open depending on the day of the week, from 7-10 pm, opening hours may vary depending on the season).
