Nile Majestic Dahabiya

The Nile Majestic Dahabiya is a 58-meter-long ship with two upper decks and a sun deck. All cabins offer direct Nile views.
The design combines Pharaonic elegance with classic style - inspired by antiquity up to the era of King Farouk. The ship has 16 cabins spread across two decks. On board, you will find an elegant buffet restaurant, cozy retreat areas such as a reading corner, and a spacious sun deck with a pool and a comfortable bar.

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise with the Nile Majestic Dahabiya and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the most economical available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding date will always be used.

Day 1
Arrival and embarkation
Rest of the day at leisure, including meals and overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 2
 In the early morning, you have the option for an optional hot air balloon ride.
 Breakfast followed by a visit to the West Bank: Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3).
Return to the boat for lunch. Tea break during the sailing.
Dinner followed by entertainment and overnight stay on an island near Luxor.
Day 3
 Sail to Edfu. Breakfast and lunch during the sailing.
 Visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3), then continue sailing to Ramady Island.
Dinner, followed by entertainment and overnight stay on board.
Day 4
In the morning, we continue sailing from Ramady Island to Bassaw Island.
Upon arrival at Bassaw Island, there will be a one-hour walk through green fields to discover the traditional life of the locals.
Followed by breakfast on board during the sailing.
Arrival in Kom Ombo with an optional visit to the unusual double temple of Sobek and Horus (1,2,3).
 Back on board, lunch will be served during the sailing to Hor Diab Island.
Upon arrival at Hor Diab Island, there is an opportunity to swim in the Nile.
Dinner on board with entertainment and overnight stay in Aswan.
Day 5
Breakfast followed by an optional visit to the High Dam and the Temple of Philae (1,2,3), then a Felucca trip (1,2,3) on the Nile
as well as an optional visit to the Nubian Village (3).
 Lunch on board
Optional participation in the sound and light show at the Temple of Philae (starts at 7:00 PM).
Dinner, entertainment, and overnight stay.
Day 6
 Optional excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel with breakfast box included (2,3)
Breakfast on board for guests not taking the Abu Simbel excursion.
 Lunch and subsequent tea break during the return journey to Esna (approx. 14 hours sailing)
Dinner followed by entertainment and overnight stay in Esna.
Day 7
 Breakfast and lunch on board, sailing from Esna to Luxor (approx. 6 hours)
 Arrival in Luxor, visit the East Bank: Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3), city tour and visit to the Oriental Souk.
 Optional excursion to the Luxor Museum (3).
Dinner, entertainment, and overnight stay on board.
Day 8
Breakfast on board and departure.

Located in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak, the Iberotel Costa Mares hotel is part of the renowned JAZ Hotel group. The coral reef in front of the hotel offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the most famous spots for diving with dugongs and turtles.
The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment facilities is about 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only about 8 km.

Facilities

The modern hotel complex (from Winter 2025/2026, Adults only from 16 years!) has a total of 208 rooms, spread across the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern lobby with reception, a fitness studio, various shops, and a spa area. For your culinary enjoyment, there is a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants.
