Combined package of a Nile cruise on the Nile Majestic Dahabiya and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Day 1
Arrival and boarding
Rest of the day at your leisure, including meals and overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 2
Early in the morning, you have the option of an optional hot air balloon ride.
Breakfast followed by a visit to the West Bank: Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3).
Return to the boat for lunch. Tea time while sailing.
Dinner followed by entertainment and overnight stay on an island near Luxor.
Day 3
Continue sailing to Edfu. Breakfast and lunch while sailing.
Visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3), then continue sailing to Ramady Island.
Dinner, followed by entertainment and overnight stay on board.
Day 4
In the morning, continue sailing from Ramady Island to Bassaw Island.
Upon arrival at Bassaw Island, enjoy a one-hour walk through green fields and discover the traditional life of the locals.
Followed by breakfast on board while sailing.
Arrival in Kom Ombo with an optional visit to the unusual double temple of Sobek and Horus (1,2,3).
Back on board, enjoy lunch while sailing to Hor Diab Island.
Upon arrival at Hor Diab Island, there is an opportunity to swim in the Nile.

Day 5
Breakfast followed by an optional visit to the High Dam and Philae Temple (1,2,3), then a felucca ride (1,2,3) on the Nile
and an optional visit to the Nubian village (3).
Lunch on board.
Optional participation in the Sound and Light show at Philae Temple (starts at 7:00 PM).
Dinner, entertainment, and overnight stay.
Day 6
Optional excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel with breakfast box included (2,3)
Breakfast on board for guests without the Abu Simbel excursion.
Lunch and subsequent tea time during the return journey to Esna (approx. 14 hours travel)
Dinner followed by entertainment and overnight stay in Esna.
Day 7
Breakfast and lunch on board, continue sailing from Esna to Luxor (approx. 6 hours)
Arrival in Luxor, visit the East Bank: Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3), city tour and visit to the Oriental Souk

The Nile Majestic Dahabiya is a 58m long ship with two upper decks and a sun deck. All cabins offer a direct Nile view.
The design combines pharaonic elegance with classic style - inspired by antiquity to the era of King Farouk. The ship has 16 cabins spread across two decks. Onboard, you will find an elegant buffet restaurant, cozy retreats such as a reading corner, and a spacious sun deck with a pool area and a cozy bar.

Location

The popular Iberotel Makadi Beach hotel is located directly on the beautiful and long sandy beach of the idyllic Makadi Bay. Experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea. The house reef grows to the shore in places and offers very good diving and snorkeling conditions. The Makadi Souk is just a few meters from the hotel, where you can look for souvenirs or enjoy oriental dishes in one of the nice restaurants. Hurghada is about 35 km to the north.

Facilities

The spacious complex with double-story units, stretching along the pool and garden landscape to the beach, leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel has 313 rooms, a welcoming lobby with reception, a fun pub, and shops and boutiques. For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants, as well as an oriental restaurant. Further à la carte restaurants are available to guests in the Madinat Makadi for a fee.
In the extensive outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter) and a swimming pool with an adjoining children's pool and waterfall, a sun terrace, and a pool bar and a pool restaurant. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach and by the pool.
