Location

The spacious hotel complex of the popular Dana Beach Resort is located directly on its own lagoon sand beach in the southern hotel zone of Hurghada. The hotel complex consists of a main building and three-story residential buildings with a total of 866 rooms. A seawater lagoon runs from the beach through the spacious and beautifully designed garden complex to the reception building and can be navigated by shuttle boats. Facilities include a stylish lobby with reception, six buffet restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, Oriental, and German), various bars, shops, and a hairdresser.
The outdoor area features four swimming pools with separate children's pools (four of which are heated in winter, one with water slides for children), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. A brand-new highlight of the pool landscape is the newly built aquapark with 11 different slides for all ages, adding an extra dose of excitement and action to your holiday. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. If needed, unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park can be booked additionally.

Double Superior Lagoon View "Chillout"

The rooms (SL2) are equipped like the double rooms, but larger (approx. 45 m²) and have a lagoon view. On the lawn in front of the residential building, there are Balinese beds offering an exclusive chillout option for guests of these rooms.

The Double Superior Sea View rooms (DMU) have the same amenities as the Double Superior Pool View rooms, but with a sea view.

Product information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the Nile Majestic Dahabiya and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

Day 1
Arrival and embarkation
Rest of the day at your disposal, including meals and overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 2
In the early morning, you have the option for an optional hot air balloon ride.
Breakfast followed by a visit to the West Bank: Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3).
For lunch, you will return to the boat. Tea time during the cruise.
Dinner followed by entertainment and overnight stay on an island near Luxor.
Day 3
Continue sailing to Edfu. Breakfast and lunch during the cruise.
Visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3), then continue sailing to Ramady Island.
Dinner, followed by entertainment and overnight stay on board.
Day 4
In the morning, we continue from Ramady Island to Bassaw Island.
Upon arrival at Bassaw Island, there will be a one-hour walk through green fields and discovery of the traditional life of the locals.
Followed by breakfast on board during the cruise.
Arrival in Kom Ombo with an optional visit to the unusual double temple of Sobek and Horus (1,2,3).
Back on board, lunch will be served during the cruise to Hor Diab Island.
Upon arrival at Hor Diab Island, there is an opportunity to swim in the Nile.
Dinner on board with entertainment and overnight stay in Aswan.
Day 5
Breakfast followed by an optional visit to the High Dam and the Philae Temple (1,2,3), then felucca ride (1,2,3) on the Nile
as well as an optional visit to the Nubian village (3).

The Nile Majestic Dahabiya is a 58m long ship with two upper decks and a sun deck. All cabins offer direct Nile views.
The design combines pharaonic elegance with classic style - inspired by antiquity to the era of King Farouk. The ship has 16 cabins, spread over two decks. On board, you can expect an elegant buffet restaurant, cozy retreat areas such as a reading corner, and a spacious sun deck with a pool and a cozy bar.
