The Riu Palace Zanzibar is a luxury hotel with an excellent location directly on Nungwi Beach, one of the island's most beautiful white sandy beaches. The island's airport and Zanzibar City, the capital with the historic center of Stone Town, are about an hour's drive away. Numerous restaurants and bars are just a few minutes' walk away.

The luxury hotel on the northern tip of Unguja, the main island of the Zanzibar archipelago, features 236 rooms and suites, a lobby with a reception (24h), restaurants (Steakhouse, Fish, etc.), 5 bars, shops, and a wellness center.
The spacious outdoor area includes 4 pools and a relaxation pool in the spa area. Additionally, guests can relax in the hotel's own garden amidst tropical weather. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools and on the beach.

The spacious rooms (approx. 45m²) are equipped with a toilet/shower, hairdryer, telephone (for a fee), TV, centrally controlled air conditioning, safe, minibar, and a balcony or terrace (JS2). Also bookable as a Junior Suite with sea view (JM2).

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, the Suites are more spacious (S2).

Bookable for ages 18 and over only. The Beach Villas are approx. 90 m² and feature a 200x200 cm bed, a sofa bed in the living area, a whirlpool, satellite TV, air conditioning, kettle, safe, and a private pool with sun loungers on the terrace.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Dinner is also available à la carte in one of the restaurants (these open alternately – reservation required in advance). Snacks are available throughout the day, and coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as listed on the All Inclusive menu are included from 10 am to midnight at the bars that are open. Imported beverages and all other extras, such as fresh fruit juices, are available for a fee.
