The resort is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Stone Town (free bus shuttle service at specific times), the oldest part of Zanzibar City. You can easily reach it using the hotel's shuttle bus. Here, you can experience the flair of the 19th century and discover magnificent buildings. The international airport is approximately 30 km away.

The resort features 120 luxurious rooms, 2 restaurants, 3 bars, a private beach with a beach bar, and a bar at the end of the jetty where you can unwind in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying the sunset with an exotic cocktail.
The luxurious resort boasts two infinity pools and a kids' pool. It also includes the island's first and only golf course, a 9-hole course with a picturesque clubhouse right on the beach. Additionally, various sports activities, a water sports center, and a kids' club are available. You can relax and rejuvenate at the "Zuri Rituals Spa" (for a fee).

The double rooms feature a bath/WC, air conditioning, TV, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, and a balcony with garden views.

The Double Superior rooms (DMU) feature a shower/WC, desk, hairdryer, safe, telephone, tea and coffee station, refrigerator, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an LCD flat-screen TV with international satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. The rooms also have a balcony furnished with island-style furniture and offer sea views.

The Double Deluxe rooms (DD2) offer the same amenities as the Superior rooms but are more spacious and additionally feature a freestanding whirlpool bathtub, double washbasin, and a separate shower with sea views.

Look forward to themed evenings and live entertainment. You have the option to dine outdoors with a view of the Indian Ocean. Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 3 PM, and dinner from 7 PM to 10 PM. For lunch, the Kobe Restaurant at the Kobe Pool is also available, serving light meals from 12 PM to 6 PM. The Zanzi Bar is open from 10 AM to midnight and offers magnificent sunset views. The Jetty Bar is open from 5 PM to 7 PM and is located at the end of the boat jetty, an ideal spot to enjoy exotic cocktails while watching the spectacular sunset over the Indian Ocean. The Beach Bar serves drinks from 10 AM to 5 PM. The Cliffer’s Cove Mini Golf Bar is open from 10 AM to 10 PM and offers light snacks, cocktails, and beverages. Cliffer’s Shack is open from 11 AM to 6 PM and is located directly on the beach, serving delicious pizzas and burgers in a stylish coastal setting.

At Sea Cliff, you will find a professionally managed riding stable with qualified instructors for both beginners and advanced riders. Various routes are available for trail rides. Ride through the tropical paradise down to the sparkling blue ocean. You also have the opportunity to ride horses through the water. A unique experience!

The "Zuri Rituals Spa" features five treatment rooms, including a couples' massage room, sauna, and steam bath.
