The hotel enjoys a quiet location on the outskirts near the forest. The small center of the village Voltino is 1 km away, where you will find a restaurant, a bar, and a church. Limone and the nearest beach are about 6 km away. A local bus to Limone runs twice daily from approximately mid-May to mid-September. The hotel's own bus service to Limone runs from Monday to Friday (on request, approx. €7 per person for round trip).

The hotel has 80 rooms spread over five floors. It offers an elevator, reception, restaurant, bar, cafe, lounge area with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and an indoor pool with counter-current system. There is also free parking and a locked bicycle storage area for mountain bikes. Garage use is subject to a charge and availability.

The double rooms are approx. 15 m² in size and feature a toilet, shower, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, room safe (incl.), minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (free), heating, wooden floor, and a balcony with garden view.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are larger (approx. 18sqm) and face the lake with a view of the water.
