The hotel is located in an Art Nouveau villa from the 19th century, set within a beautiful, large park. It boasts a quiet location approximately 80 m above the lake. The lake and the town center are each about 400 m away, and a public beach is approximately 500 m away. Nearby attractions include the Vittoriale degli Italiani Museum (approx. 400 m away) and the Heller Garden botanical garden (300 m).

The elegantly and lovingly furnished villa, built in 1920, was completely renovated in 2004. The rooms are located in the main building spread across 3 floors. Further amenities include the reception, 1 elevator, Wi-Fi, bar/café, lounges, and breakfast room. There is also a Dependance Villetta. The well-maintained garden features a swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas (included).

The rooms feature a bath or shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, digital room safe, minibar, Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning (at the discretion of the management). Double rooms for single occupancy are also available.

The Superior Double Rooms offer the same comfortable amenities as the Classic Double Rooms, plus a furnished balcony with a garden view.

The Deluxe Rooms with lake view & furnished balcony are the ideal solution for families who want separate sleeping areas for parents and children. The rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, plus a bathrobe, slippers, and extra beds for up to 4 people.
